From signing up to taking enrolments
Step 1
Pick your sport
Answer a few questions — which sport, how many classes a week, roughly what times.
Step 2
Review what was built
Your Australian school terms, classes, weekly schedule and every session are already there. Edit anything.
Step 3
Share your class page
Each class gets a public page. Put the link on your site, in an email or in your Instagram bio.
Step 4
Run the term
Coaches mark attendance, parents request absences, and you invoice from real enrolments.
Built around how a gymnastics club actually runs
Three very different programs, one term
KinderGym runs mid-morning for pre-schoolers, recreational levels run after school, and your competitive stream trains for two hours on a Friday. They have different lengths, different prices and different parents. SportClass builds all three as separate classes in the same term instead of one spreadsheet tab per group.
Two-hour competitive sessions priced properly
The Competitive Stream template is a 120-minute session at $380 a term, not a 60-minute class with a note attached. Session length and term price live on the class itself, so the invoice for a competitive gymnast is right without you doing the maths.
Coaches mark the roll on the floor
Your coach opens the session on a phone between rotations and marks who is there. Attendance is per session, so when a parent asks how many classes their gymnast actually made this term, the answer is already recorded.
Injuries and illness handled as absences
Gymnastics loses athletes to wrist and ankle injuries for weeks at a time. Parents request an absence and you approve or decline it in one tap, with the reason kept against the session — so the roll is not silently wrong for a month.
What you get, plainly
Worth knowing up front: SportClass invoices and tracks payments, but parents are not charged by card through it, and there are no waiting lists or makeup bookings yet. If those are essential to your club, before you commit.
