These terms cover your use of SportClass, a platform for managing sports academies and clubs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for formal legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SportClass only for lawful academy management, to keep your sign-in details secure, and to enter accurate information. You must have permission to store the personal data you add — especially data about children — and you must not use the service to harass, spam, or harm others.
Your data and account
You keep ownership of the data you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, attendance and messages generated from your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people's data at risk.
No warranty
SportClass is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the service reliable and secure, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
