Built around how a swim school actually runs
Ability groups, not year levels
A swim school sorts kids by what they can do, not how old they are. Each level runs as its own class with its own capacity, lane and instructor, so moving a swimmer up is a change of enrolment rather than a rebuild of your timetable.
Small classes fill fast, so capacity is on the class
Learn-to-swim runs four to six per instructor. Capacity sits on the class itself and the public enrolment page works from it, so you are not discovering a lane is over-subscribed when eight kids turn up.
Instructors mark the roll pool-side
