SportClass helps sports academies and clubs manage classes, enrolments, attendance and billing. This policy explains what personal data we handle and how families can control it. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for formal legal advice.
What we collect
To run an academy, we store details about the academy's staff, coaches and families. Because our users are often children, this includes children's names, dates of birth, attendance records, and any medical or allergy notes a parent or academy chooses to add, along with parent/guardian contact details and enrolment and invoice history.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to provide the service: scheduling sessions, marking attendance, keeping coaches informed of relevant medical notes, creating and tracking invoices, and letting academies communicate with parents. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use children's data for advertising.
Your rights
Parents and guardians can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of their family's data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your academy is the primary controller of your data; we act on their and your instructions.
